The Zoe’s Place Tandem Skydive is back! Participants will be taking on the challenge of a lifetime whilst raising vital funds for an amazing cause. Jumping from 13,500ft or 10,000ft out of a plane is no mean feat, but when your raising funds for an incredible cause, every penny really does make a difference. Zoe’s Place provides a short break service, palliative and end-of-life care to babies and children aged from 0-5 years, living with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. Compassionate care is at the heart of our philosophy and this will be provided to all who access our facilities irrespective of their religious beliefs, colour, race, culture or gender. There is no cost to the families for this service. The majority of the support we give at Zoe’s Place is respite care. All of the babies at the Hospice have a life-limiting or life-threatening condition and require differing levels of 24 hour support on a one-to-one basis. Zoe’s Place offers our parents and carers a chance to recharge their batteries or to spend time with their other children. The value of this respite care to our families cannot be underestimated and many families tell us that they simply would not be able to cope without the help and support of our team.
